If you want healing you have to provide your body, and life, with the right kind of nourishment and support.
If you’re going to heal you have to be able to provide yourself with what your mind and body need for that healing to occur. The best way to find out what your body needs is to research it and try new things; learn as much as you can about the subject of health and healing in the sectors that interest you the most or that you need the most healing in. It doesn’t have to be a long and difficult process; create space in your life to learn about how you’re able to heal, read one article or chapter of a book every day, every other day, or once a week, then whenever you have the energy to do so, start implementing the changes you feel fit your situation best.
Accept that you have the ability to improve your life over time.
You needn’t do everything at once either, it’s impossible for your body to change everything at once; however it is possible for your body to heal one step at a time, and to be rather successful at it.
Start by believing in your Ability to change for the better, and your life Will change for the better.
By having determination and perseverance in your life, little by little your incremental step-by-step changes will turn into big changes that make a Huge improvement in your life. It may not be noticeable at first, but over time the little steps will add up all the same.
It will take various amounts of time for the different parts of your body to heal; some will take longer and some shorter.
Accept that improvement is possible.
Work with what you know, what you are learning, and what you have access to; continue to believe in improvement. Don’t be hard on yourself because being hard on yourself is being hard on your body and that will slow the amount of time that it takes for your body to heal.
Believe in yourself and you’ll get there, take great pride and happiness from your successes in your healing process, and share that with as many people as possible to inspire them, to let them know that the possibilities are there for improvement, and then start sharing how you did it how you healed how you got better.
Then simply live in you’re better, healthier, improved, more successful life!

I wrote this to myself a while ago, I edited it for this post, and believe in it wholeheartedly. I am in this process everyday, and work hard to make sure that I am always healing, improving, and changing for the better; even with setbacks that occur in my life, once I am able to I just keep going.
